手动装机时，遇到以下错误：
the installer was unable to find any supported network devices
解决办法：
ilo连上后先F10进去，然后操作系统选 vmvare 那个，让它先自己装dell的驱动，然后提示挂iso时候 再挂 3.5的iso装 就识别网卡了
